An element or principle of design is discussed in a seminar setting at the monthly meetings. The objective is to teach each other as we expand our knowledge and application of these basic design components.

A member leads the discussion and gives a demonstration or illustrated talk on the topic.  She may use her own work and techniques to stimulate understanding or offer hands-on projects to help illustrate the subject. All attendees should be ready to discuss the topic and may bring examples of their own work that relate to the area of study.
